How do custom orders work?

We love working with clients on their special creative projects! Our Design Specialists Team handles any of your special requests, so feel free to reach out to be connected to them at support@bahaticollective.com.

How long does it take from date of order to delivery?

As all of our products are hand made to order for our customers, our standard delivery timeframe is approximately 16-18 weeks from date of order. We'll advise you at the time of order what the expected delivery date would be.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your returns & exchange policy?

As all of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns.  If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery at support@bahaticollectivec.com and we'll work with you to make it right.  Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return if it is damaged or you believe your item is incorrect based on what you ordered.   Please note that we will contact you to arrange your return by email or phone.
